The Power of a Dream, the Courage of a Man
For twelve years, with the determination of someone who has devoted himself body and soul to his life’s work, Mosè Bordero has set to work every morning, alone, on a titanic undertaking: building a “leudo,” the traditional 22-meter-long boat of the Tigullio region. He has never let setbacks, criticism, or skepticism deter him. The documentary, filmed on the day of his 93rd birthday, tells the story and the challenges of this endeavor, but also reveals the human side of its protagonist through his own words and those of his loved ones and other townspeople.
